Warehouse Recruiter

Channel Control Merchants, LLC is now accepting applications for a Warehouse Recruiter based in our Warehouse located in  Waco, TX!

The Warehouse Recruiter will partner with warehouse leaders to properly identify open positions and skills gaps that need to be closed.  This role will be accountable for implementing and maintaining effective candidate sourcing, screening and on-boarding strategies to meet 100% of the warehouse’s weekly hiring goals.  We have a collaborative team environment.  This is a high-volume recruiting environment that is fast paced and requires continuous assessment and modification of local sourcing strategies to attract qualified warehouse associates in a timely manner.  The Warehouse Recruiter will be service oriented and passionate about prioritizing meeting the needs of the business and our internal customers. to role   Our organization is experiencing rapid growth which creates excellent development opportunities for individuals that are results oriented and interested in making impact contributions to the company. Here is a sampling of daily responsibilities:

  • Posting job advertisements in existing or new channels as needed to increase applicant pool
  • Researching best methods in the local area to attract qualified talent to include but not limited to job fairs, hiring events, newspapers, billboards, social media, partnerships with local community organizations, schools or volunteer groups
  • Working with Recruiting Manager and corporate recruiting team to implement standard work in recruiting, job profiles, and interview guides
  • Sourcing and contacting passive candidates for office/salaried positions
  • Scheduling interviews and communicating interview feedback
  • Conducting pre-employment background checks and other assessments in compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Conducting new hire orientations on a scheduled/routine basis to meet weekly hiring targets

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a similar field.
  • Two years of recruitment experience with considerable administrative experience. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to concurrently handle multiple open positions at once.
  • Exemplary employee relations
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail
  • Strong candidate selection and interview skills
  • Ability to build and maintain interpersonal business relationships
  • Exercise discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality

Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
