We are looking for an experienced Industrial Safety Manager, that will work in the Vernon, Indio, and Commerce, CA area, who will be responsible for all OSHA Standards, OSHA investigations, and dishonest employees investigations, as well as teaching, coaching, and training all managers and associates.

For this role you should hold a degree in Criminal Justice followed by industrial safety and investigation work experience. Wicklander and Zulowski interview and interrogation certification is a key requirement for this position.

Major responsibilities:

  • Conducts post-accident investigations and prepares report identifying possible accident causes and hazards
  • Plans and delivers training programs for managers and associates on relevant accident prevention and compliance programs
  • Perform surveillance and safety audits to identify area of potential theft, perform corresponding measures for prevention and theft detection
  • Conducts worksite assessments to identify and evaluate safety and health risks, compliance exposures, and management system deficiencies
  • Oversee and coordinate processes to minimize loss while maintaining a safe working and shopping environment

Job Requirements


  • 5 years’ experience in industrial safety and investigation
  • Bachelor’s degree. MBA is a plus.
  • Basic and Advanced Wicklander and Zulowski interview and interrogation certification
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards
  • OSHA 511, OSHA 501, NASP (National Associate of Safety Professionals) certification preferred
